Delete an alert for content on the portal site

Follow these steps to delete alerts.

Delete an alert

  1. On the title bar of the portal site, click My Site.
  2. In the Actions list, click Manage Alerts.
  3. Rest the pointer on the alert you want to delete, click the triangle on the bar that appears, and then click Delete on the menu that appears.

    -Or-

    Click the alert title to view the alert. In the Actions list, click Delete Alert.

  4. Click OK.

Delete all alerts

  1. On the title bar of the portal site, click My Site.
  2. In the Actions list, click Manage Alerts.
  3. In the Actions list, click Delete All Alerts.
  4. Click OK.
