Choose an approval route in the backward-compatible document library

As a coordinator on a folder, you can choose the approval route.

From the network place for the backward-compatible document library, right-click the folder you want to configure, and then click Properties.
Click the Approval tab.
In the Route to approvers section, select a routing path.
If you select All at once as the routing method, select the number of approvals required from the list provided.
Click OK.
Note You can make changes to a folder approval process, but the changes take effect only for documents submitted for approval after the changes are made. Changes to the approval process do not affect documents that have already been submitted for approval.
